The result today is:

25 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN EDUK – KINESTHETIC EDUCATION/BRAIN GYM

  • Supporting hundreds of individuals—children, teens, and adults—in one-on-one sessions
  • Teaching the EduK/Brain Gym curriculum, from basic levels to advanced certifications, in France and abroad (Italy, Algeria, Belgium, Germany, Japan, Canada, Slovenia)
  • Conducting Brain Gym training for primary and secondary school teachers in the Pays de la Loire region for over 10 years (Ozanam Institute in Nantes, L’Aubépine in La Roche-sur-Yon, and ND de l’Indépendance in Angers, plus several schools in Strasbourg, Paris, and Rennes)
  • Facilitating dozens of workshops for private groups, companies, middle schools, high schools, and universities
  • Organizing workshops in France led by exceptional international instructors (Paul & Gail Dennison, Carla Hannaford, Cecilia Kuster, Glenys Leadbeater, Renate Wennekes, Julie Gunstone)
  • Member of Brain Gym France since 2003, Board member since 2004, and co-creator of the Brain Gym journal almost from the very beginning. Faculty member of Breakthroughs International since 2015 (representative for Edu-K in France and the French-speaking world), participating in international conferences in Banff (Canada), San Diego (USA), Bali (Indonesia), Seoul (South Korea), and Damme (Germany), and organizing the international conference in Lacanau, France, in 2022.

BUT ALSO A PASSION FOR LEARNING AND PERSONAL GROWTH THROUGH:

Introduction to Native American wisdom (Moon Lodge and the energies of the four cardinal directions of the Medicine Wheel)

Training in Body Mapping, MLC, and BMC, 30 years of Yoga and Tai Chi practices

Initiating and co-creating the ImagYna festival in Nantes (2015–2019), a wellness festival for women, by women

Leading an annual trek in the Tunisian desert every November since 2015.

AND AN INCREASINGLY STRONG INTEREST IN ARTISTIC PRACTICES:

Exploring and flourishing through « Double Doodle Play » (a Brain Gym activity inspired by bilateral drawing), practiced DAILY since December 2020.

This journey has led to the creation of the « Espace d’un Mouvement » oracle deck, coloring books for both children and adults, and illustrations for a children’s storybook published in Germany (EhSo Publishing).

Recently, I have also been using a handmade paper workshop (cotton, linen, hemp) in the Dordogne region to craft my own unique business cards.
